  The fish were really well done, fresh flavour and not too greasy. I'd say the best place to get some fish in Port Burwell.

  If I could put zero stars I would. My experience from start to finish was one of the worst. One lady working the restaurant by herself who was rude, unprofessional, looked like she worked in a prison kitchen! Everything, the surfaces, the vinegar bottles, salt and pepper shakers was sticky. The food was bland, to say the least. I felt nauseous after eating there. Food quality is a problem as well. Restroom was disgusting too! DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! At all costs.

  Service was awful, order to serve time was 30 min in EMPTY RESTAURANT DURING LUNCH! The decor was idk what, the food was awful, a mix between burnt BBQ scraps and trashed veg. I mean come on.

  Horrible service! When we first walked in we went to the front cash as we didn’t know if we should just take a seat or if we’d be seated. We were asked what we wanted and where we were sitting… I said ‘we are not sitting anywhere we just got here’ We choose to sit outside and ordered beer as we looked over the menu. We were then ignored for about 20 mins, when we inquired the waitress said ‘I think she’s making your drinks’ … how does one make beer?!!? A few minutes later we were told they were out of the beer we ordered… so we got something different and then finally got to order food. We ordered 1 two piece fish dinner to share. When the food finally arrived we were given 1 two piece dinner and 1 one piece dinner…that was delivered by someone other than our waitress, we advised this wasn’t what we ordered, he left to inquire and came back saying it was a mix up and that we’d only be charged for 1 dinner, which was fine. But our waitress NEVER came back to check on us or to apologize for the mix up, eventually we had to go back up to the chase and ASK to pay. There was another couple sitting near us who was also ignored after ordering their drinks and the man went inside and ASKED to order their food! The woman said she thought it was just them being ignored, I ensured her it wasn’t just them! Maybe this is understandable if the place was busy, but it wasn’t! there was maybe 4 table in total.
